The error code ‘E03’ corresponds to the Remote setting fault. You can fix this issue by resetting your Sanyo remote. You can find the reset button on your remote control either in the front or at the back inside the battery compartment.

The error code ‘E02’ corresponds to an Indoor communication fault. This basically means that there is some fault with the PCB wires or power supply wire. You need to check all the wires and ensure the power supply plug is appropriately plugged into the socket. If the error persists, consider calling your local AC repair expert.

The error code ‘E16’ corresponds to the Indoor unit output current fault. In this case, the PCB board needs to be checked to find out why it is not producing output. Inappropriate temperature setting – Before giving other solutions a try, check the temperature setting. Make sure both the mode and the temperature set on the thermostat is appropriate.
Blocked air filter – Did you know that if the air filter is blocked by dirt, your mini-split will not be able to efficiently cool or warm the room?
